A custom-built Brand Design System hub, designed and developed in-house to centralize guidelines, assets, and templates.

  • SOPHiA GENETICS is a global MedTech company developing cloud-based software that leverages multimodal data—genomics, radiomics, and clinical information—to advance precision medicine. Serving hospitals, laboratories, and researchers worldwide, its mission is to make complex molecular insights actionable for clinicians and healthcare systems.

  • Prior to IPO, SOPHiA GENETICS lacked a unified, scalable visual system. Fragmented assets, limited guidelines, and manual production workflows hindered consistency, efficiency, and the brand’s ability to communicate complex science credibly across audiences or channels.

  • I established a system-first strategy: defining a comprehensive brand framework, embedding data visualization principles, and aligning stakeholders around governance, scalability, and long-term adoption—bridging creative ambition with operational and regulatory realities of a public MedTech company.

  • I designed and deployed a full brand system with guidelines, templates, and real-world use cases, while initiating and overseeing a custom SaaS Brand Design Platform enabling designers and non-designers to produce compliant assets across print, digital, motion, and data-driven formats.

Spirited Genomics re-energized SOPHiA GENETICS’ brand and transformed creative operations. Hundreds of consistent, high-quality assets were produced across presentations, campaigns, social media, product videos, web content, and data visualizations.

The Brand Design Platform reduced production time, increased autonomy, and safeguarded brand integrity at scale. Executive materials supported IPO communications and keynote appearances at major global events. Overall, the system strengthened storytelling, operational efficiency, and brand trust across scientific, commercial, and investor audiences.
