  • SOPHiA GENETICS is a NASDAQ-listed MedTech company developing AI-powered SaaS solutions for precision medicine. Its portfolio supports clinicians in oncology and rare diseases by analyzing complex genomic data, leveraging a global network of institutions to continuously refine diagnostic accuracy through shared, anonymized intelligence.

  • SOPHiA GENETICS held vast adoption datasets describing a global clinical network, yet lacked tools to explore, interpret, and communicate them effectively. Insights were difficult to extract, while communication relied on static spreadsheets and generic visuals disconnected from real data.

  • We conceived a unified system for analysis and communication—combining rigorous data modeling, interactive visualization, and narrative design to serve both strategic insight and authentic storytelling, while remaining accessible to non-technical audiences.

  • Built entirely in-house, GAiAPSE integrates interactive maps, charts, force-based simulations, and natural-language querying. I led its creative and visual direction, ensuring consistency, clarity, and scalability across dashboards, presentations, scrollytelling experiences, and live event installations.
